Effective November 1, 2023, Pro Hac Vice motions may be filed and paid electronically using the Court’s Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system. Additionally, the filing fee for Notices of Appeals may be paid at the time of filing.
Effective January 1, 2024, civil complaints may be filed and paid electronically using the Court’s Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system.
You will need to ensure that you have ‘E-filing fees default’ set up in your PACER account to pay fees electronically for any court fees.
Payment information is managed through your PACER account under the Manage My Stored Payment Information section. The court does not store your credit card information.
